Our customer service provides assistance not only for citizens but for other actors of the public administration. Our work is harmonized with the work of other public administration customer services, their management can be partially or fully integrated to our system.

We also provide assistance for other public administration bodies with single communication and processes in a previously agreed period or after the general working hours if other public administration bodies have elevated number of inquiries.

Our system enables that a particular task integrates to our customer service but the professional supervision is kept by the competent public administration body. This relieves the competent authority from maintaining a call centre infrastructure while the transferred service will be available 24/7 on united level.

The examples above and their combination can greatly be applicable in the introduction phase of the electronic services when the citizens or the actors of the concerned field of public administration generate more calls and answering them plays a key role in starting the service.
