Phone administration service

Our call centre currently provides complex, wide-range information in connection with public administration. Our strategic priority is to set up phone administration as regards public services.

The basic condition of the telephone customer service is the phone identification.

Customer need Partial Code Phone Identification (hereinafter referred as to Phone Identification) and any type of the customer gate registration in the Disposition Register system (hereinafter referred to as RNY)

The Disposition Register keeps records on the individuals' dispositions related to the e-administration and makes them ascertain to the entitled persons. The objective of the service is to allow citizens - and later progressively organizations as well - to create their dispositions in particular as regards the identification and contact modes, as well as to use other electronic services.

Partial Code Phone Identification

Registration of the Phone Identification is available ( in Hungarian: RKTA) in Integrated Government Offices = Government Windows personally.

Disposition Register system

For the first time the administrative dispositions can solely be created in person: at special service centres of the National Tax and Customs Administration by presenting a valid document appropriate for personal identification as well as by an administrator's assistance; at the Personal Customer Service Centre of the Central Office for Administrative and Electronic Public Services; at the customer service centres of document offices and government windows; at permanent postal service points set in the General Terms and Conditions of Magyar Posta Zrt; at special service centres of the National Tax and Customs Administration by presenting a valid document appropriate for personal identification as well as by an administrator's assistance.

Dispositions can be created through the Government Customer Line (1818 phone number) excepting the first administrative disposition.

In each case a basic disposition should be created at first; without creating a basic disposition you cannot create any other dispositions.

The basic dispositions are related to online administration; administration over the phone; electronic contact; postal contact. /In the frame of the above basic dispositions you can define the manner in which the authority can contact you./ Following the creation of basic disposition additional dispositions can be created in person, electronically or by phone.
